Mediation services are offered as an alternative to traditional judicial proceedings. Acting as a neutral, third-party between the contending parties, facilitative, evaluative and transformational techniques are utilized as a means of creating a positive and safe environment whereby the parties are empowered to communicate constructively, explore possible solutions, and overcome obstacles to negotiated settlement.
