Litigation services include representing plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of civil litigation and appellate practice in state and federal courts, advising clients on their litigation options, drafting settlement and cease and desist letters, negotiating dismissals and settlements, preparing complaints and answers, arguing motions, engaging in mediation, arbitration and trial, and enforcing judgments. The litigation practice primarily focuses on handling breach of contract, fraud, negligence, and bad faith cases.
